Detailed Description

The Platinum+ package offers our most comprehensive performance analysis. It includes all the elements of the Gold package and adds two more advanced assessments: a resting metabolic rate (RMR) assessment, which measures the number of calories your body burns at rest, and a substrate usage analysis performed during the lactate threshold test to examine how your body utilizes carbohydrates and fats at different exercise intensities.
