Replacement ID card can be ordered and paid for here.
Orders for replacement cards placed before 5pm will usually be available for collection within 3 working days of confirmation of your payment.
You will receive notification that your Card is ready to collect via email.
Please bring your receipt with you to collect along with proof of ID.
Collection
- In Luton, ID cards collection point is the security office on the ground floor of the LRC.
Open for collection from Monday to Friday between 08.30 – 18.00. - In Bedford, the Security Office located in the Gateway building (to the right of the reception desk)
Open for collection Monday to Friday 11.15-12.15 and 15.00-16.00. - In UCMK, see the staff at the Student Information Desk.
Open for collection from Monday to Friday between 09.00–17.00. - Putteridge Bury Reception
Open for collection from Monday to Friday between 09.00–17.00. - Aylesbury Reception
Open for collection from Monday to Friday between 09.00–18.00.
If you are a victim of crime and your ID card has been stolen, please visit the Security desk with your crime reference number and you will not be charged.
